This one-of-a-kind Moroccan wool rug was handwoven by Berber women artisans in the Taznakht region of Morocco using traditional flatweave techniques.
Crafted from 100% hand-spun wool, it features overlapping diamond motifs, finely striped fields and shifting geometric forms. Celebrated for its resemblance to 20th-century Cubist art, the composition is created by hand from memory rather than from a fixed template.
The multicoloured design combines richly layered stripes with warm terracotta, orange and red tones, alongside muted blue, green, cream and darker accents, creating a distinctive graphic character.
Its dense flatweave and reversible construction create a durable double-sided finish, allowing the rug to be used on either side and extending its practical lifespan.
Measuring approximately 251 × 162 cm (8.2 × 5.3 ft), it works well in a living room, bedroom, dining room, studio or home office, and can also be displayed as textile wall art.
