This one-of-a-kind Moroccan wool runner was handwoven by Berber women artisans in the Taznakht region of Morocco using traditional flatweave kilim techniques.
Crafted from 100% hand-spun wool, it features overlapping geometric motifs, finely patterned blocks, and shifting triangular forms. Celebrated for its resemblance to 20th-century Cubist art, the composition is created by hand from memory rather than from a fixed template.
The multicoloured design combines richly layered sections with vibrant red, deep blue, black, bright orange, olive green, and cream tones, creating a distinctive graphic character.
Its dense flatweave and reversible construction create a durable double-sided finish, allowing the rug to be used on either side and extending its practical lifespan.
Measuring approximately 290 × 67 cm (9.5 × 2.2 ft), it works well in a living room, bedroom, dining room, studio or home office, and can also be displayed as textile wall art.
